This 36+/- acre master plan leverages existing assets and utilizes differing site conditions by creating three distinct districts. These districts create synergy while simultaneously maximizing development opportunities. The main entrance to this development occurs on the corner of Airline Highway and Commerce Drive - this intersection currently has a traffic light. The commercial district is situated adjacent to Airline Highway and provides maximum visibility and access from this major vehicular corridor.

The mixed-use district links the commercial development with a proposed housing development in the rear of the property.
