David Baird
Director of Design
Baird, cofounder of +one and registered architect, brings over 30 years of experience in architecture, planning and construction to the +one team. He is an award winning designer whose work has been recognized nationally and internationally. Prior to starting +one, Baird worked as a designer for Architecture One in Tucson Arizona where he designed numerous schools, municipal buildings and speculative commercial developments.
With an expertise in the areas of architectural design and digital manufacturing, Baird is passionate about sharing his knowledge, currently teaching at the School of Architecture at the University of Nevada at Las Vegas. His research and designs have been published extensively and presented at numerous national and international conferences.
Baird is also an accomplished artist. His art work has won several awards and continues to be exhibited throughout the United States & Europe.
Baird is +one’s Director of Design. He oversees all design activities.
