David Pickens
Vice President of Operations
Pickens is a LEED accredited, registered architect that has worked in the Dallas area for over 20 years. He joined +one in 2008 and brings a vast amount of experience in the areas of programming, schematic design, design development, contract documents, construction administration, project management and coordination.
Prior to joining the +one team, Pickens worked for the international award winning firm of Leo A. Daly Architects for eight years. He has extensive experience overseeing project teams, design consultant coordination and has a proven record of achieving excellence.
As Vice President of Operations, he manages +one’s Dallas office and oversees all architectural production. David’s breadth of experience includes institutional, hospitality, commercial/office, civic, industrial, residential and medical design as well as two LEED projects in the Dallas metro area.
