Plus One partnered on this 20 story, 5 star, designer hotel in Dallas, TX with HDF, LLC managing the production services of this iconic building in Dallas’ Harwood District. This included complete Interior Design Development and Construction Document drawings. The project incorporated a basement and split basement for guest support services, ground-level pedestrian entry and reception with a bar and lounge, four levels of above ground parking with fourteen levels of hotel and amenity spaces. Amenities include an upscale bar and lounge, a ballroom, meeting rooms, a sky-view restaurant with private dining areas, a state-of-the-art fitness center and roof top infinity swimming pool with sundeck and roof top bar.
