Managing the Dallas, Texas office, David Pickens oversees architectural production and brings extensive experience in directing project teams and coordinating design consultants.

With a proven record of achieving design excellence, Pickens spent eight years at Daly Architects before bringing his talents to Plus One Design & Construction. His breadth of expertise spans institutional, hospitality, commercial, civic, industrial, and medical design, including the successful management of multiple LEED-certified projects in the Dallas metropolitan area.

The leadership team is supported by a robust network of estimators, project managers, and administrative professionals, ensuring that every project receives meticulous attention from concept to completion.
